On Tuesday, April 25th, 2007, the following individuals were arrested by the Portsmouth Police Uniform Patrol Division in a collaborative effort with the Portsmouth Police Bureau of Investigative Services:

These arrests result from a call the Portsmouth Police Department received on 4/25/07 at 11:43am by employees at Demoulas Market Basket located at 1465 Woodbury Ave. It was reported that there were 4 suspects (2 males, 2 females) in the process of stealing baby formula from their store. Several officers were dispatched to the area.
Upon arrival at the store, officers encountered all 4 subjects in the parking lot of Demoulas Market Basket. All 4 suspects were taken into custody without further incident. Further investigation by the Bureau of Investigative Services revealed that these same subjects were involved in a similar incident at the same Demoulas Market Basket in Portsmouth on Saturday, April 21st, 2007.
Bail was set at $6500.00 cash for David Goss, $3000.00 cash for Nadine Forlizzi, $6500.00 cash for Paul Forlizzi, and Maeghan Dooley is being held without bail until court.
