Reference: Maxwell Rome arrest
Date of Release: April 14, 2006
On 4-14-06 Maxwell Zane Rome, 3-2-88 of 128 Parsons Road in Rye was arrested on a police warrant. Rome is charged with three counts of Tampering with a Witness (a felony), one count of Criminal Threatening (a class A misdemeanor) and one count of Harassment (a class A misdemeanor).
Bail was set at $10,000 cash for each of the felony charges and $1,000 personal recognizance for each of the misdemeanor charges.
Currently Rome is scheduled for arraignment in the Portsmouth District Court on Monday, April 17th.
