Reference: Counterfeit arrests
On Wednesday, April 11th, 2007, the following two individuals were arrested by the Portsmouth Police Department as a result of arrest warrants:
Trever J. Small
Date of birth 10/11/77
26 Woodland Hills
South Berwick, Maine
He is charged with:
2 counts of Forgery (class A Felonies)
1 count of Conspiracy to Commit Forgery (class A Felony)
2 counts of Theft by Deception (class A Misdemeanors).
Vickie A. Desrochers
Date of birth 03/21/82
26 Woodland Hills
South Berwick, Maine
She is charged with:
1 count of Forgery (class A Felony)
2 Counts of Conspiracy to Commit Forgery (class A Felonies)
1 count of Theft by Deception (class A Misdemeanor).
Both arrestees turned themselves in after being arrested by the Kittery, Maine Police Department for Aggravated Forgery (class B Felonies in the State of Maine).
These arrests are a result of the March 27th report of counterfeit one hundred bills that were passed both in Kittery and in Portsmouth.
Both arrestees were processed at the Portsmouth Police Department and each released on $5,000 personal recognizance bail for a court date of May 7th in Portsmouth District Court.
