Reference: Aggravated Felonious Sexual Assault arrest

Mr. Hunt turned himself in to the Portsmouth Police Department as a result of an arrest warrant charging him with:

Aggravated Felonious Sexual Assault (Class A Felony).

This arrest warrant was the result of an investigation by the Portsmouth Police Department’s Bureau of Investigative Services. It is alleged that Mr. Hunt sexually assaulted an adult female victim on March 18th, 2007 in Portsmouth.

Mr. Hunt was processed at the Portsmouth Police Department and released on $50,000 personal recognizance bail. He is scheduled for arraignment in Portsmouth District Court on April 16th, 2007.
