Reference: Arrest of registered sex offenders
After asking for the public’s assistance last week in locating two wanted registered sex offenders, both have been arrested by Maine authorities and turned over to the Portsmouth Police Department. Arrested were:

Mr. Hudson was arrested on February 22nd, 2007 after being transported from the York County Jail in Maine to Portsmouth, where he was processed and arraigned in Portsmouth District Court. He was released on $50,000 personal recognizance bail.
He is scheduled to appear in Portsmouth District Court on March 5th, 2007 at 11:00 AM for a probable cause hearing.
Mr. Gagnon was arrested on February 26th, 2007 after being transported from the Cumberland County Jail in Maine to Portsmouth, where he was processed and arraigned in Portsmouth District Court. He is being held on $10,000 cash bail. He is scheduled to appear in Portsmouth District Court on March 9th, 2007 at 11:00 AM for a probable cause hearing.
Both were arrested for the felony criminal charge of:
Registration of Sex Offenders, Duty to Report/Failure to Comply.
