The following individuals were arrested on Wednesday, 02/23/05 at the intersection of Summit Ave and Andrew Jarvis Drive outside the Portsmouth High School:

DOB: 03/12/87
Rudy Morales
26 Wedgewood Rd
Portsmouth, NH
DOB: 05/06/85
Amparo is charged with one count of Riot, a class B felony. Morales is charged with one count of Riot, a class A misdemeanor. Both were arraigned on Thursday, 02/24/05 in the Portsmouth District Court.
Additionally, three juveniles were also arrested in the incident. They have been turned over to their parents and will face proceedings in the Juvenile Court system.
This event appears to have been precipitated by an altercation which occurred two nights ago in Portsmouth involving Morales and other area residents. The Portsmouth Police continue to investigate both incidents.
