Reference: Wanted registered sex offender
The Portsmouth Police Department is again asking for the public’s assistance in locating the following individual:
Bruce L. Gagnon
Date of birth 07/20/76
Last known address of:
2021 Lafayette Road
Portsmouth, NH
Once again, an arrest warrant has been issued for Mr. Gagnon for the criminal charge of:
Registration of Sex Offenders, Duty to Report/Failure to Comply (Felony).
Mr. Gagnon had previously been arrested by the Portsmouth Police Department for the same criminal charge on December 4th, 2006 and September 13th, 2006. He was also arrested by the Portsmouth Police Department on November 19, 2006 for Bail Jumping.
At this time, there is conflicting information regarding Mr. Gagnon’s home address, however, the Portsmouth Police Department believes he is now residing in the State of Maine. This current arrest warrant is a result of Mr. Gagnon again not registering with a new address as required by law.
