Reference: Arrest of wanted sex offender
Date of Release: February 7, 2007
After asking for the public’s assistance in finding a registered sex offender yesterday, the Hampton Police Department located him in their town last night and turned him over to the Portsmouth Police Department. Arrested was the following individual:
Franklyn B. Wylder
Date of birth 01/22/64
25 L Street
Hampton, NH 03843
Mr. Wylder was arrested as a result of a warrant for the following criminal charges:
Two counts of Registration of Sex Offenders, Duty to Report/Failure to Comply, both B Felonies.
Mr. Wylder was processed at the Portsmouth Police Department and arraigned this morning at Portsmouth District Court. He is currently being held on $20,000 cash bail. His next court date is scheduled for Portsmouth District Court on February 13, 2007 at 8:30 AM.
