The Portsmouth Police will be hosting the Downtown Hospitality Association DHA meeting at the Portsmouth Police Department on September 29, 2008 at 6:00 p.m. Topics of discussion to include the recent implementation of the DHA Trespass Notice. This meeting is open to any and all licensees within the City of Portsmouth, whether or not their establishment is located in the downtown area.
