- From the South: I-95 North to Exit 4
- From the North: I-95 South to Exit 5
- From the West: Spaulding Turnpike (Route 16) OR 101 West to I-95 North
- From the Portsmouth Traffic Circle
- Take Route 1 Bypass North
- Take 2nd Exit onto Maplewood Avenue
- Go through 3 sets of lights
- At 4th set take a left on to State Street
- Go through 1 set of lights
- At 2nd set take a right onto Pleasant Street
- After Citizens Bank take a right onto Junkins Avenue
- The Police Department & City Hall are at the top of the hill on the left. (This is the old Portsmouth Hospital.)
