The Site Review process is a two part procedure.
First is the Technical Advisory Committee which is comprised of a city
administrative staff and meets once a month prior to the Planning Board
meeting. This Committee receives comments from both the Traffic and Safety
Committee and the Conservation Commission. The Committee makes a
recommendation to the Planning Board, who actually acts on the application.
