HOLIDAY PARADE 2009

The annual Portsmouth Holiday Parade is Saturday, Dec. 5, at 6 p.m. It will be preceded by a Holiday Tree Lighting program beginning at 5 p.m. in Market Square.

The theme of this year's theme is "A Portsmouth Christmas" and all applications must be submitted by Nov. 16.
