RE:   New Spanish collection

Books in Spanish at the Library

The Portsmouth Public Library recently added a collection of books for adult Spanish language speakers.   Ready to be checked out, this fiction collection, which includes popular American authors in addition to less well known Spanish authors, is currently on display on the first floor.

Just learning Spanish?  Try these best sellers, Agua Para Elefantes (Like Water for Elephants) by Sara Gruen or Solteros Toxicos (Toxic Bachelors) by Danielle Steel.  Read these books in conjunction with our audio language learning series in both cassette and CD format.

To find these new titles in our catalog, search for Spanish language – reading materials or Spanish fiction.   Need help?  Please give us a call, 603-427-1540, drop us an email at info@lib.cityofportsmouth.com or ask us in person.   We are open 4 nights each week until 9PM (Monday through Thursday), Friday from 9-5:30, Saturday from 9-5 and until May 18, Sundays from 1-5PM.
