Practice safe food handling and preparation methods
The Health Department and UNH Cooperative Extension are offering a free 2 hour food safety seminar on Thursday April 23 from 9am-11am in Council Chambers at Portsmouth City Hall.
Participants who successfully pass a 20-question multiple choice test will receive their Food Handler's card (appropriate for all food service professionals, handlers of pre-packaged foods, mobile food operations, grocery or full-scale specialty restaurants). Special accommodations for the test can be provided for people with disabilities or languages other than English. To register, contact Terry Poulin at 610-7232 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
