Work Session
Courtesy Work Session requested by U.S. General Services Administration for
property located at 62 Daniel Street (McIntyre Building) to allow exterior renovations to an existing
structure. Said property is shown on Assessor Plan 106 as Lot 008 and lies within the Central Business
B and Historic A districts.
Note:
This meeting is being held for the benefit of the U.S. Government Services Agency. The GSA is proposing interior and exterior renovations to the McIntyre Building (Post Office) located off Daniel Street.
