In the event of a major storm such as a Hurricane, Northeast Blizzard or other emergency the City’s EMERGENCY OPERATIONS CENTER (EOC) located in Conference Room A, Portsmouth City Hall, 1 Junkins Avenue, will be open to handle the emergencies.

Information on evacuation shelters or other information relevant to the emergency can be answered there.

Keep in mind that the center is only staffed during a major event.
