Once you have completed the application fully, please fax the application to 603-427-1579 for review. Please note the following: The Policy regarding use of rooms is included. As applicant, you are responsible for following all requirements under the certification section of the application. The reservation information section must be specific in order to assist the Maintenance Staff with preparing the room. You will need to obtain approval to serve food and beverages. We will be reviewing past event history if applicable and I will contact you with specific food and beverage requirements. You will be contacted in a timely manner with our decision based upon your application and our records on file.
