Substitute School Nurses

Requirements:	Current New Hampshire Nursing License; CPR/AED certified.  An Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing is required.  Applicant must have at least 3-5 years of experience in hospital nursing or comparable experience of acute care nursing.   Knowledge of pediatrics, diabetes management (insulin pumps and injections) and allergies essential. Developmental disorders; adult health knowledge also helpful.
Responsibilities:	Responsible for supporting student health needs in the school setting. This includes but is not limited to the following: assessment and care of acute illness and injuries, daily medication administration, monitoring students with diabetes and allergies, maintaining electronic and paper school health records.
