Reference: Sexual Assault
On Thursday, 11/17/05 at about 2:09 AM, a sexual assault was reported to the Portsmouth Police Department. The incident occurred at Bickford’s Family Restaurant, 200 Rotary Circle, Portsmouth.
The female victim reported that she had been sexually assaulted in a rest room at the restaurant. She was transported to the Portsmouth Regional Hospital by ambulance, treated and released.
Portsmouth Police Patrol Officers and Detectives responded to the scene and are investigating the incident. The suspect in the incident is described as a
White male, 40 – 45 years of age
160-170 lbs.
Brown hair, short on the sides longer on top
Having a scruffy beard
Last seen wearing a white baggy shirt, possible either blue hooded sweatshirt and blue jeans or black hooded sweatshirt and black jeans.
