The Portsmouth Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating the following individual:
Franklyn B. Wylder
Date of birth 01/22/64
No fixed address
There is currently an active arrest warrant for Mr. Wylder for:
Two counts of Registration of Sex Offenders, Duty to Report/Failure to Comply, both B Felonies.
