Mr. Green was arrested by the Portsmouth Police Department for:

Sex Offender Registration/ Duty to Report (Felony).

Mr. Green was arrested at the Middlesex County jail in Cambridge, Massachusetts by Portsmouth detectives, where he was being held for probation violations and for this arrest warrant. He waived extradition and was brought back to Portsmouth.

Mr. Green is a registered sex offender, having been convicted in Massachusetts in 1984 for Rape of a Child (under the age of 16). This arrest is a result of an investigation alleging that Mr. Green was residing in Portsmouth and did not register here as required by law.

Mr. Green was processed at the Portsmouth Police Department and arraigned in Portsmouth District Court. He is currently being held on $5,000 cash bail at the Rockingham County House of Corrections.
