On Tuesday, October 28th, 2008, the following individual was arrested in Rochester as a result of an active warrant for his arrest from the Portsmouth Police Department:

Date of birth 12/13/70
67 Charles Street
Rochester, NH.

Mr. White was arrested for:

Registration of Sex Offenders, Duty to Report/Failure to Comply (Class B Felony).

Mr. White is a registered sex offender on the public view list as a result of a 1991 conviction in Rockingham County for Aggravated Felonious Sexual Assault and Felonious Sexual Assault of a child under the age of 13 years old. This latest charge is a result of Mr. White moving from Portsmouth to Rochester and leaving his place of employment without notifying authorities as required.

He was processed at the Portsmouth Police Department following his arrest, and he is currently being arraigned at the Portsmouth District Court.
