On Monday, July 7th, 2008 at approximately 11:30 AM, the following individual was arrested in downtown Portsmouth by detectives from the Portsmouth Police Department, the Rochester Police Department and the Drug Enforcement Administration:
Roger W. Guilbault Jr.

Portsmouth, N.H.
Mr. Guilbault was arrested as a result of an arrest warrant from the Rochester Police Department for:
Conspiracy to Commit Armed Robbery (class A Felony).
This arrest is connected to the June 26th, 2008, collaborative investigation between the Portsmouth Police Department’s Special Investigations Unit (SIU), Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA), Rochester Police Department Bureau of Investigative Services, the United States Marshalls, the Kittery, Maine Police Department and Seacoast Emergency Response Team (SERT) which led to the arrest of four other subjects in Portsmouth (refer to previous press release for details).
This arrest warrant for Mr. Guilbault is a result of the previous home invasion that occurred in Rochester, New Hampshire. Other felony level charges are pending from other agencies in this case. After being processed at the Portsmouth Police Department, Mr. Guilbault was
transported to the Strafford County Jail by Rochester detectives, where high cash bail is being requested.
