On Saturday May 25, 2008 at approximately 1:00am, members of the Portsmouth Police Department’s Special Investigations Unit along with units of the Patrol Division arrested the following person involved in the sale of Crack Cocaine at the Portsmouth Traffic Circle.

Mr. Hemingway is being held on no bail and will be arraigned on Tuesday May 27th. Seized during the arrest was over $1800.00 worth of Crack Cocaine and $1180.00 cash.

This follows an ongoing investigation by the Special Investigations Unit into the illicit distribution of drugs in the Seacoast and Portsmouth in particular.
