Help for AOL users
Some AOL users have experienced difficulty searching the Portsmouth Public Library online catalog. To access the catalog, please use an alternate browser, such as Microsoft Internet Explorer or Netscape Navigator.
Before you begin
Determine if you already have Microsoft Internet Explorer or Netscape Navigator on your PC:
minimize the AOL screen
click the Start button (lower left corner of the screen)
select Programs
see if Internet Explorer or Netscape Navigator is in the displayed list of programs
if so, click on it
if not, you need to download a Web browser

Connecting to the Catalog
Connect to the Internet with your AOL software
Minimize the AOL screen
Open the alternate browser (Internet Explorer or Netscape Navigator)
Type the Library's online catalog address into the address/location bar exactly as follows:
http://12.30.15.69
