6. Lower South Street Reconstruction
The project is substantially complete with drive aprons being overlaid the week of September 2. Minor punch list items will be completed thereafter. No further updates will be made on this project. Project Information
This major project includes the reconstruction of South Street from Junkins Avenue to Marcy Street. A new brick sidewalk on the north side, granite curbing, traffic calming bump outs and a new roadway are all part of the project. This project is essentially complete with the exception of 500 feet of sidewalk, final paving, and landscaping. This work will be completed in April/May 2003.
