5. Long Term Control Plan - Contract # 1
This project is the first of a comprehensive sewer separation program to comply with EPA requirements, to improve the South Mill Pond, and to correct problem areas in the oldest sections of the City's sewer system. The projects will be done in phases or contracts. This first Contract includes improvements to the sewer and drains in the vicinity of South Mill Pond. The construction will begin early summer of 2003.
