2. Peirce Island East End Trails Update
This project includes stone dust walking trails, interpretive panels, overlooks with granite benches, plantings and shoreline stabilization. The project is substantially complete with miscellaneous punch list items to finish in the spring including raking and re-seeding new loam areas, installing additional plantings, and installing interpretive panels and handrails at the overlooks. Project Information
This project consists of landscaping and trail improvements to the east end of the island. The project will construct/rehabilitate over 3000' of walking trails much of which will be handicapped accessible. Also planed are 3 scenic viewing areas and shoreline stabilization. The project will be bid in July. The project Manager will be Tom Richter who is available at 603-766-1412.
