19. Water & Sewer Upgrade Corporate Drive
The section of Corporate drive from Grafton Drive south 1000' is the last portion of Corporate Drive with outdated water and sewer. The Portsmouth Water Dept will install an 8" sewer line and a 12" water main. The project will start up in September and be finished in October.
